Maintenance of Cleanliness and Hygiene at the public places are the problems that we are trying to solve through our product. Majority of people whether educated or not are found throwing waste in the surroundings, thus, polluting the environment. Hence, through our product we provide an incentive to throw the waste in the dustbin.
Q.2 What is your innovative idea? What makes it unique?
To ensure that people throw the garbage in dustbin, we have made a modified bin that will generate tickets in exchange of the waste thrown in the bin. The users will also be entitled to win exciting tazos and a tree will be planted on their name on collection of specific number of tickets. Hence, we provide an incentive to people to throw garbage in the dustbin and make the world clean and green. It is unique as we are providing a revolutionary programme consisting of our product and thus, we are not harming the environment in the course of business which generally most businesses do.
Q.3 Who is your largest audience?
Our target customers are the children and the multinational restaurants such as the McDonald's, BurgerKing, KFC and Subway as the children are the ultimate consumers whereas the multinational restaurants are our customers. The children are the prime users of our bins as we want to inculcate the habit of throwing the wastes in dustbin among them.

Since this is an innovation , we do not have any direct competitors but the indirect competitors are the NGO’s that help in the plantation of trees without any profit motive as well as the Government Bins that are provided for free to the the public.
Q.5 How will you reach your target audience? What would be your marketing activities?
We will reach our target audience through radio jingle which will be recorded in the national languages of the respective countries, TVC, distribution of visiting cards, posters as well as promotion through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and maintaining a mailing list of the potential customers.
